Consultancy
The consultancy services I offer are on a business-to-business basis where I will attend your business premises to assess your current protocols and procedures.
While in the premises I will conduct interviews with all members of staff and management. All conversations will be strictly confidential between me and the person concerned. No details of the conversations will be reported back to the business management save in a general report.
Once the collection and collation of the research has been completed a meeting will be arranged where the report recommendations will be discussed.
Recommendations as to actions, systems, procedures and staffing requirements and training will be included in the report.
Full details of contracted works will be specified in each individual contract.
Prior to any contract being agreed a credit rating will be obtained from a reputable source, such as Dunn & Bradstreet PLC.
